Solomon’s Seal is my go-to herb for inflammation and pain. Turmeric, which you often hear about for inflammation, is very drying while Solomon’s Seal has moistening properties- making it a better fit for most people. This herb supports both musculoskeletal & connective tissue pain while also soothing mucus membranes. It’s especially helpful for dry, creaky, achy pain, but works well for any underlying inflammation & pain ie arthritis, sore muscles, etc.
In addition to taking Solomon's Seal internally, you can mix a few dropperfuls with olive oil and apply it topically for pain relief.
